Series 2000 Synthetic 2-Cycle Racing Oil
AMSOIL Series 2000 Synthetic 2-Cycle Racing Oil is
a high performance oil formulated for extra protection
during intense operating conditions. Laboratory tested
and race track proven, AMSOIL 2-Cycle Racing Oil reduces
friction so torque is maintained during high temperature
operation. This clean burning formulation is recommended
for high performance racing applications and is the
oil used in the sleds of Team AMSOIL snocross stars
D.J. Eckstrom and Justin Tate. AMSOIL Series 2000
Synthetic 2-Cycle Racing Oil meets TC-W3, API-TC and
JASO FC specifications. It is compatible with other
synthetic and petroleum TC-W3 two-cycle oils.

When two-cycle engines run hot, pistons expand and
the piston to cylinder wall clearance is reduced.

scuffing, reduced power and ultimately engine seizure.

Because two cycle motors burn oil,
it is important the oil burn clean to prevent carbon
build up. Carbon build up in the ring areas causes
ring sticking, and on the spark plug causes plug fouling.

Motor Oil
AMSOIL Formula
4-Stroke Synthetic Motor Oil is specially formulated
to provide serious protection in four-stroke snowmobile
engines. Broad 0W-40 viscosity rating provides souperior
protection in both hot and cold temperature extremes.
Provides superior shear stability and resistance to
vaporization so engine wear, oil consumption, friction,
heat and emissions are kept to an absolute minimum.
As an SAE 40 weight
motor oil, it protects hot operating, hard working
four-stroke motors, while its SAE 0W rating provides
excellent cold weather starting and quick post-startup
lubrication in the coldest temperatures.
 AMSOIL
Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic Motor Oil contains a robust
dispersant/detergent package ideal for high-stress
four-stroke engines. Formula 4-Stroke is formulated
for extended drains, maintaining its 0W-40 viscosity
grade throughout its service life and providing long-term
protection against equipment wear.
AMSOIL Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic
Motor Oil is formulated without friction modifiers,
ensuring dependable starting, smooth running, improved
fuel efficiency, desirable stall speeds and clutch
compatibility.
The high temperature operation of
four-stroke engines often causes conventional four-stroke
motor oils to volatize and thicken, contributing to
poor oil circulation, reduction in fuel efficiency,
excessive emissions and increased wear. The superior
volatization and thickening resistance of AMSOIL Formula
4-Stroke Synthetic Motor Oil, however, keeps engine
wear, oil consumption and emissions to a minimum while
keeping oil circulation efficient and fuel economy
high.
High temperature operations also
lead to the thermal degradation and oxidation of conventional
oils, forming deposits, sludge and varnish. The superior
oxidative and thermal stability of AMSOIL Formula
4-Stroke Synthetic Motor Oil inhibits the formation
of varnish, deposits and sludge so equipment runs
clean in the high-stress, high temperature conditions
common to four-stroke engines.
